The company is an artisan business specialising in the design and manufacture of ovens for pizzerias, bakeries, restaurants and professional chefs.
2. Subject matter and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern users’ access to and use of the Website (hereinafter, the “User”).
The Website is of a showcase website: is intended solely for information and promotional purposes and does not allow products to be purchased directly online. Via the Website, Users can browse the product range, view the relevant specifications and submit requests for information or quotes.
Access to and use of the Website imply full acceptance of these Terms. Users who do not wish to accept them are asked to refrain from using the Website.
3. The absence of online sales and the value of information
The information, descriptions, images, technical data sheets and any other content on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute an offer to the public pursuant to Article 1336 of the Civil Code, nor a binding contractual offer.
No sales contract is concluded via the Website. For the Users who are not classified as consumers The court with exclusive jurisdiction is the Naples Courthouse.
Under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, consumers resident in Europe may access the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission, without prejudice to their right to bring the matter before the competent courts.
